Production is planned and controlled using specialized software. Dedicated production meetings ensure co-ordination between all departments, end users and inspection authorities. Manufacturing operations comprise adequate raw material storage, work product storage, loading and dispatch facilities. The work force is highly skilled and trained in house on the job on an ongoing basis. The average personnel employment period is approximately 17 years.
